EDITION Residences Fort Lauderdale, the city’s first luxury branded residences on the intracoastal, has launched sales. Fort Lauderdale, also dubbed “Venice of America,” is long known for its mega yachts and 24 miles of golden beaches. The city is now witnessing a transformation as an international destination, attracting new businesses and wealth, and is bustling with new restaurants and luxury hotels. The location of EDITION Residences Fort Lauderdale at 551 Bayshore Drive puts residents within walking distance to the beach, culinary experiences, hotels and other leisure offerings. The project is also close to the famed Las Olas Boulevard’s retail and entertainment, museums and performing arts, and is located only seven miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
EDITION Residences Fort Lauderdale will comprise two 11-story towers connected by a grand, double-height entrance and featuring high-speed elevators. The project offers 65 residences, including two-bedroom to four-bedroom units of 1,710 to 4,660 square feet, as well as nine villas and four penthouses. The residences will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors along with expansive private terraces and glass railings to offer unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, intracoastal scenery or the Fort Lauderdale skyline. All residences will come with gourmet kitchens designed by ITALKRAFT that will feature quartz countertops, custom built-ins, premium Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and a summer kitchen equipped with an electric grill and beverage center.
Residents of EDITION Residences Fort Lauderdale can enjoy 20,000-square-feet of outdoor amenities, including paths leading to an outdoor meditation walkway with meditation bowls and an Intracoastal riverwalk with temporary dockage for small boats. The sunroof will offer all-day entertainment with an outdoor summer kitchen, movie screen and fire pit while residents can retreat to the moonroof to wind down during the nighttime. For socializing and private events, residents can avail the eat-in lounge with a gourmet kitchen, while on-site conference and conversation rooms will be available to those conducting business from remote. The project will offer two pools, including an oversized resort-style pool surrounded by relaxation sunbeds and private cabanas. The property will also feature a health & wellness center, a Turkish style hammam and steam shower, and treatment rooms.
