West Eleventh Residences, a 44-story condominium tower, has reached 99% in sales and secured $215 million in construction financing. A groundbreaking ceremony was held in September 2024, with completion anticipated in the first quarter of 2028.

The development will feature 659 residential units with flexible rental options. Amenities include a three-level entertainment venue and a glass-bottom pool offering views into a restaurant below, highlighted by a whale sculpture extending from the pool to the dining area.

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and constructed by John Moriarty & Associates, the project is a collaboration between PMG, Lion Development Group, and Marc Roberts Companies.
