Continuum Company has unveiled a unique amenity for its Miami developments—Continuum Club & Residences in North Bay Village and La Baia North in Bay Harbor Islands—offering buyers complimentary private yacht club memberships. This benefit activates immediately upon contract signing, providing residents with access to a professionally managed fleet of yachts, concierge services, and curated excursions.

Each experience includes champagne, premium spirits, gourmet appetizers, water toys, towel services, and concierge support.

Continuum Club & Residences, currently under construction in North Bay Village, is 50% sold with completion expected in early 2028. The 32-story tower will feature 198 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, with prices starting just under $1 million. La Baia North, a 57-unit luxury condominium in Bay Harbor Islands, broke ground in October of last year and is 75% sold ahead of its 2027 completion. Residences at La Baia North range from two- to four-bedroom units starting at $1.4 million.
